Expression of AQ5 and EGFR in treated groups. HCT-116 cells were co-cultured with MSC-CM and/or MSC-derived exosomes for 48 h and the expression levels of AQP5 and EGFR were determined by real-time PCR. AQP5 (A) and EGFR (B) mRNA expression levels were significantly reduced in all treated groups compared with the untreated group.
