In silico and in vitro interaction of MazE/F with Rifampicin. Interaction of MazE/ MazF and MazEF with 800 molecules from FDA approved drug library was performed in silico using molecular docking. The figure shows that rifampicin interacts deep in the cavity with MazE (Panel a) and MazEF complex (Panel c) and not with MazF alone (Panel b)
