Conservation of PQS motifs upstream of herpesvirus miRNAs. All available full-length herpesvirus sequences were used for conservation analysis. The name of the virus miRNA and the GenBank accession number of the sequence used to depict the location of the PQS are listed adjacent to each sequence (n = 33).
