APP endoplasmic reticulum  (ER) and Golgi localization is altered in the absence of Alix and Syntenin-1. Cells expressing GFP-tagged APPswe were stained with an (a) Blue-white fluorescent ER marker, (b) RFP-tagged Golgi network marker, or (c) monodansylcadaverine (MDC) before live-cell imaging on a Zeiss LSM 880 confocal microscope.
